What data we process, and why
Only the information you enter in the contact form yourself. This includes your name, email address, telephone number, postcode, customer type, building type, the services you select, your existing installations, and the text describing your situation and goal.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare a quotation. We do not use it for advertising, send newsletters, or sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
The legal basis is performance of a contract or steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): you contact us regarding a service.
How long we keep it
We delete enquiries that do not lead to an assignment after one year. If your enquiry does lead to an assignment, we retain the information for the statutory retention period for our administration — seven years for invoicing.
Who else receives your data
We work with a limited number of service providers. They process data on our behalf and may not use it for any other purpose.

Fonts are hosted on our own server. This website therefore loads nothing from Google or any other external network.
The form has been processed by our own server since 4 October 2026. Previously, it used FormSubmit; that service no longer receives anything.
What we do not do
- No cookies for analytics or advertising. The site does not use trackers.
- No profiling and no automated decision-making.
- No transfers outside the EU. All the providers listed above process your data within the European Economic Area.
- The server does not retain the content of your enquiry. It is forwarded to our mailbox and is not stored on disk. To prevent abuse, the server temporarily tracks how many enquiries come from a single IP address; this information expires when the server restarts.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict processing, and to object. Email info@synrgy.be. We respond within one month.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels — contact@apd-gba.be, www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.
